Changes in settlements with platforms (service contracts), the Pyszne.pl lockout—and here is the result: Fleet Partners have realized their power, smelled blood, and started imposing yet another levy on us. Not everyone is doing it yet, and not on everything, but it is only a matter of time.
Note that the 5% commission is to be calculated based on TURNOVER. This means that before the platform’s VAT, income tax, social security contributions (ZUS), or any other costs and fees are settled, the Partner’s commission is deducted first.
And why do Partners want to calculate it this way? It’s simple: because 5% of the 800 PLN in earnings declared by the platform is much more than 5% of the, say, 400 PLN actually paid out to the courier (after all deductions).
