For several days, anti-immigrant riots have been breaking out in many places in England. Since people working as suppliers for Platforms are often migrants, their safety is highly exposed.
The problem was noticed by the JustEat platform (known as Pyszne.pl in Poland). It sent the following message to its employees:
Avoid places of unrest: Plan your route, use alternative routes to stay out of dangerous places.
Timing of your deliveries: Try to schedule deliveries at times when unrest may occur less frequently.
So of course we ask the Platform:
Where can you get information about where and when there will be riots and pogroms? Maybe this should be consulted with an Astrologer or a Fortune Teller?
So how does this relate to your declaration that the safety of Suppliers is your priority? Maybe it’s just worth suspending deliveries for a few hours instead of risking the lives of people working for you?
