At the Platform Forum (we wrote about it here), the organizer of the meeting, the European Trade Union Confederation, presented a very interesting publication: Negotiating the Algorithm – A Handbook for Trade Unions. This is one of the few publications intended for those involved in trade union activities, but it is specific – when the employer is the Platform and the direct supervisor is the Algorithm. This is all the more important because this situation is still completely ignored by many trade unions in Poland.
