Talks between the Courier Employee Initiative and representatives of the Glovo Platform have been ongoing for several weeks. However, it seems to us that the term “conversation” in this case is exaggerated: one meeting and the exchange of letters with demands is more like pretending a dialogue.
It is quite embarrassing that one of the largest Platforms is unable to conduct a reliable and substantive conversation with its employees. And I guess the only solution is to constantly put pressure on the Platform and call things by their name: shame on you! Let Glovo start treating us as partners, and not just bribing us with cookies during meetings with Fleet Partners.
