Two days ago [July 14, 2026], the Konfederacja Pracy (Confederation of Labor) Trade Union operating on the Pyszne.pl Platform issued a statement regarding the discontinuation of the employment of individuals working as Delivery Partners under mandate contracts (using intermediary companies). Consequently, all Delivery Partners will be employed through Fleet Partners.
The Union’s full statement is presented below, and we would like to remind you that hiring through Partners is a pathology for the Platform. This solution lowers employee earnings (the Partner collects commissions) and blurs the employer’s legal responsibility (the Platform issues orders, but the employer is another company). You can read about how Fleet Partners manipulate employees here

Today, representatives of our Trade Union met with company representatives, during which we were informed about changes to the courier partnership model.
The company will discontinue the Scoober app, lay off all couriers (from both Takeaway and Trenkwalder), and offer them a transfer to one of its five fleet partners.
Why is this a problem:
No hourly rate (partners will only pay for completed orders)
Additional costs (partners collect fees from couriers)
Less protection – examples from other countries (such as Germany) show that Takeaway’s transition to partner employment may result in partners failing to comply with employment standards. The company assured us that it will conduct partner audits, but the risk remains.
When – the changes will take place in August; the exact dates will vary depending on the city.
What are we doing?
As a trade union, we don’t have the power to unilaterally halt the changes, but we must fight for the working conditions of couriers.
Today, we will request an urgent meeting with the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy. We cannot allow the regulations intended to improve couriers’ working conditions (the Directive) to lead to their deterioration.
We are beginning to publicize the matter in the media. If anyone has contacts in the media (traditional or online), please share them and help us publicize the matter.
If you have questions or receive new information or documents from the company regarding the planned changes, please contact the Union’s Board at zzpyszne(at)gmail.com.
This will allow us to respond more quickly and more effectively represent the interests of all couriers.
If you receive calls from fleet companies, be sure to write and ask where they got your phone number.
We will keep you informed about the next steps in the matter.
And also:
THERE ARE 4 MONTHS AND 17 DAYS LEFT TO IMPLEMENT THE PLATFORM WORK DIRECTIVE.
