Individuals who have worked for Glovo in Spain for at least six months can apply for a residence permit based on so-called “professional ties.” Experts emphasize that the “digital footprint” left in the Glovo app (order history, geolocation, working hours) constitutes proof of the existence of a professional relationship, making it easier to prove length of service in court or before an inspection.
Of course, other legal requirements must also be met, as well as the entire procedure before the relevant authorities.
