Union members and those working as suppliers for the Lieferando Platform in Berlin have announced a protest at the Platform’s headquarters this Saturday [September 27, 2025] at 1:00 PM.
This is another step in the conflict sparked by the Platform. It has announced the dismissal of all employees and offered them re-employment as independent subcontractors. According to the union members, this action is simply illegal and forces employees to defraud the state. We’ve already written about this whole matter – see here.
And we’ll just remind you that Lieferando operates in Poland as Pyszne.pl, and there’s also an ongoing conflict between employees and the platform (see here).
