It appears that the April strikes by Glovo Platform Suppliers in Spain have been successful (we wrote about them here). The Glovo Platform and the Trade Unions have reached an agreement on collective layoffs.
The job cuts will ultimately affect 436 Suppliers. This is approximately 300 fewer than the Platform’s initial plan, which called for the layoff of 766 Suppliers.

Severance pay for affected employees will be 37 days’ salary for each year of service, or up to 42 days if relocation is not possible. If a Supplier is transferred to a neighboring town (less than 20 km away), Glovo will pay a one-time allowance to cover travel costs for a year.
