Last week [January 28, 2025], the online magazine Oko.press published information about the report and an interview with Karol Muszyński, one of its authors.
We recommend reading the whole thing, but we will only post a short quote:
The possibility of employment based on lease agreements results precisely from the fact that platforms avoid responsibility for failure to comply with employee rights. If one day the Social Insurance Institution or the Tax Office decide that a lease agreement is an unacceptable form of optimization for couriers and drivers, this will affect fleet partners, not the platforms themselves.
