Last Saturday [12.10.2024], the Polish Syndicalists’ Union (ZSP) held a picket in front of the headquarters of the Pyszne.pl Platform. It was another protest action in the conflict between people working as Suppliers and the Platform’s management, which has been going on for over a month (read more about it here)
After Saturday’s picket, ZSP announced that it would take the case to court. This is the Union’s response to the Platform’s consistent ignoring of them. Perhaps this is the right solution, but it certainly risks getting bogged down in procedures. Platforms are known worldwide for conducting effective court battles: they have huge financial resources and know how to take advantage of the passivity and ineffectiveness of the state apartment.
