We continue the series in which we present statistical data on people employed on various types of Internet Platforms, including Delivery Platforms. Work is underway on the implementation of the Platform Work Directive in Poland, so some knowledge may be useful to us.
Today: In what type of activity do the most people work?
The largest number, of course, in transport – over 27% of all people working for Platforms. Second place is the sale of goods (19.6%), and third – passenger transport (11.2%)
The study was conducted by Eurostat in 2022, as part of the general EU labor market study, the data comes from 17 countries (including Poland).
