We strive to stay up-to-date and stay up-to-date on all information regarding the implementation of the EU Platform Work Directive in Poland. Its implementation may (but does not necessarily) change the working conditions of thousands of people working for platforms in Poland (including those working as suppliers).
We are aware that public consultations are currently underway within the Social Dialogue Council (SDRC). The Council is a forum where consultations on various matters are regularly held between three parties: the government, business organizations, and trade unions.
We have established that consultations are currently being conducted within the Labor Law Team. Two meetings have been held so far, but there is no further timetable for the work.
Importantly, the expert work is closed, and you cannot participate unless you are an organization recognized by all parties. The SDRC has assured us that progress reports will be prepared and published on its website. We also know that representatives of the Trade Union operating at Pyszne.pl have participated in previous meetings.
