As always, everything was on time for us, so as August draws to a close, we’re presenting a summary of 2024. The analytics firm Gridwise analyzed over 171 million orders completed in 2024 by over 260,000 people working for eleven platforms – both those providing passenger transport and deliveries.
Published data shows that employee earnings in 2024 decreased by an average of 3-5%, but the price of services for customers increased by an average of around 7%. At the same time, working hours for the app increased by an average of 2-5%. The importance of tips also increased in 2024: for 54% of delivery drivers, they were a significant source of income.
