It’s incredible how the Pyszne.pl Platform treats its employees. For several weeks now, there has been an open conflict between people working for the Platform and the Platform’s management. The matter has escalated and it has come to the point that, under partially made-up pretexts, a group of employees have been fired. In response, employees organize a weekly protest in front of the company’s headquarters, and two trade unions are already involved in the conflict (more information can be found here).

And now, in this situation, the Platform is opening a new field of dispute. The Platform has eliminated the principle of the mileage limit for collection. Previously, when the Delivery Person had to travel more than 9 km to collect, he could “rewrite” the order – i.e. pass it on to someone who was closer, or refuse to carry it out. Now he is not allowed to do so. This decision seems completely irrational. For cyclists, nine kilometers (or more) is a really long way. Driving such a distance once is not a problem. But when you work every day, in any weather, every additional kilometer matters for the employee’s condition. Both physical and mental.

So the question is, what is the Pyszne.pl management all about? Are they deliberately exacerbating the situation?
