The Spanish magazine La Informacion published information that the Supreme Court was convinced by lawyers representing the Glovo Platform and suspended the fine of EUR 64 million. Glovo was to pay this amount in connection with two settlements concluded in connection with the violation of employee rights.
Glovo’s owner, Delivery Hero, believes that a lump sum payment of this amount will create an “extreme situation” for the company.
