1. If we manage to improve working conditions, it will be an improvement for everyone. For example, if earnings improve, they will improve for everyone. If there are clear rules for evaluation at work, they will be clear to everyone.

2. We work for giant corporations. How big? Example: Uber Platform’s revenue in 2024 is almost USD 44 billion (approximately PLN 178 billion). For comparison, the National Health Fund will spend approximately PLN 183 billion on ALL medical services in Poland in 2025. Can we really demand nothing from them? In our work (as in any other), there is an obvious conflict of interests: corporations want our work for free, and we want to earn as much as possible. If we do not demand it, corporations will take advantage of it. They take advantage of our silent consent.

3. The working conditions in our industry are the same everywhere: exploitation is not a Polish specificity, it is the basis of the delivery business. And it is present in all countries of the world where Delivery Platforms operate. Only in some countries has it been possible to change this, but nowhere has the same thing happened. In no country has the government taken the Suppliers’ side on its own. Wherever changes have occurred, they have been forced by protests. The protests have forced governments and parliaments to react. So if we continue to agree to this, we will continue to be exploited, and the Platforms and their Boards will fatten themselves with our cheap labor.

4. What is worse, parasites also earn on our work: Fleet Partners. They do not risk anything, they are not responsible for anything. It is we who have frostbitten hands in the winter, and they only “intermediate”. But in what? In transfers of our salaries? All the most important offices know about this pathology: both the Ministry of Labor, the Labor Inspectorate and ZUS. And what? And nothing. Tacit consent. Because according to the law everything is ok. But is it fair?

5. Working conditions are not worsened by people from other countries. As we wrote above – such working conditions, such low wages are characteristic of this business, regardless of whether Suppliers work in New York, London, Warsaw or Nairobi. Everywhere we are treated like garbage that can be thrown out at any time, and there will be no consequences for it. No one from the management of Delivery Platforms has trouble sleeping because they fired several hundred people in one day. Because they think that it is not them who are doing it – after all, it was the Algorithm that suspended your account. But someone designed this Algorithm to do it this way!

6. And finally: people who protest are risking a lot. And if only for this reason, simply as humans, it is worth supporting them. It is worth encouraging them. Because as we wrote in the first point: they are doing it in our name – if there is an improvement, it will be for everyone!
