At the beginning of June [10.06.2025] in Istanbul [Turkey] protests took place by people working as Suppliers for the Vigo and Getir Platforms. The protest consisted of a complete refusal to accept orders or very slow execution. It was the result of drastic reductions in delivery rates. Rates fell by up to 30%, and weekly and hourly bonuses were also removed. These changes coincided with high inflation – reaching around 35% according to official data.
