Recently, we have been receiving signals about the non-renewal of contracts of couriers with many years of experience without a clear reason given by the company. Given the unexpected lack of a winter bonus this year, the lack of satisfactory proposals regarding bonus increases for remote couriers’ own equipment, this is another example of actions that raise doubts about respect for couriers working for the company in unfavourable weather conditions.
