This is a summary of the latest correspondence received by the Konfederacja Pracy (Confederation of Labour) Trade Union, which operates on the Pyszne.pl Platform.
But first things first: some cities are gradually implementing Clean Transport Zones (CSTs). For many people working as suppliers for the platforms and using cars, this is a disaster. It’s common knowledge that the wages are outrageous, and on top of that, the platforms have passed on all the costs to the employees: taxes, social security contributions, car, clothing, backpacks, bicycles, scooters. We pay for everything ourselves. And on top of that, we’re not entitled to paid vacation time, maternity leave, etc.
And in connection with the introduction of CSTs, the Union asked the Pyszne.pl management to resolve the situation: suppliers simply can’t afford vehicles that meet the new standards. They can’t afford fines either.
And Pyszne.pl replied: we’re a socially responsible entity, so you have to manage on your own. We don’t care. By accepting employment, you declare your commitment to complying with the regulations, so please comply. Because Pyszne.pl is a socially responsible entity.
