We return to the document from October 2022. At that time, a report on the lobbying of Delivery and Transport Platforms in the European Parliament was published.
We won’t bore you with this, but just two facts from the report:
The platforms Uber, Wolt, Bolt, Deliveroo, Delivery Hero, Free Now, and Glovo officially employed a total of 29 lobbyists at that time.
Uber Platform’s lobbying expenditures increased from €50,000 in 2014 to over €700,000 eight years later. This represents a 1,400% increase.
