ILO (International Labor Organization) invites a seminar devoted to the impact of artificial intelligence and algorithmic management on the quality of work and workers’ rights. The ILO is a United Nations agency whose goal is to advance social justice and promote decent work.
Additionally, the seminar will discuss how collective negotiations in the workplace can solve emerging problems related to the performance of work supervised by an algorithm.
The main presenter will be Valerio De Stefano, professor of law and head of the Department of Studies in Innovation, Law and Society at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto.
