The latest issue of the academic quarterly “Studies in the Field of Labor Law and Social Policy” (Volume 32, Issue 4) published several articles on the implementation of the Platform Work Directive. They presented the consequences that may arise with the new legal solutions.
Although these are purely theoretical considerations (as neither the government has presented its implementation proposal nor has the Sejm yet voted on it), it is worth following the various voices on an issue that affects our daily lives and our future. This is especially true since the issue is once again being discussed by people who have little to do with this work, but are knowledgeable about the nuances of the law.
“Studia z sieciu Prawa i Polityki Społecznej” is a quarterly published by the Department of Labor Law and Social Policy at the Jagiellonian University.
