On January 10, 2025, the eFood Workers’ Union announced another strike. And this time, it is to last 24 hours. This is a response to the new working time policy introduced by the eFood Platform. From January 15, there will no longer be fixed working hours, only 2-3 hour slots for which you will have to sign up in advance (where do we know that from?).

In a statement, members of the Union wrote: The company’s goal is to create instability in work for all Suppliers. (…) Under no circumstances will we tolerate worrying (…) not knowing what the next day will bring.

The eFood Platform belongs to the Delivery Hero corporation, which operates in Poland as Glovo.
