At the same time, the Delivery Hero Platform is fighting for survival. Over the last week, the value of its shares fell by 26% after the sale of a subsidiary in the UK was revealed and information about the breakdown of negotiations on the sale of a daughter company operating on the Asian market. Currently, Delivery Hero includes brands such as Foodora, FoodPanda and eFood, and in Poland Glovo. The company is desperately looking for cash to maintain liquidity and pay fines imposed on it by subsequent courts in the European Union.
