Tomorrow [July 9, 2024], a meeting of people from trade unions with representatives of the Ministry will be held at the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy in Warsaw. This will probably be the first such meeting that will concern the position of Trade Unions in relation to the EU Platform Work Directive.
On the trade union side, representatives of the Inicjatywa Pracownicza Couriers Trade Union and OPZZ “Confederation of Labor” were invited at Pyszne.pl
We are aware that there is still a long way to go from this meeting to the beneficial implementation of the Directive, but we are keeping our fingers crossed!
