The frost has come, the snow has fallen, and so it begins: you arrive at a restaurant to pick up your order, and every now and then you hear: please wait outside… Oh, ok, so that’s what my job is worth? You even let your dogs in in this weather. Grrr…
The trade union operating at Pyszne.pl issued a statement on this matter on Friday [22.11.2024]. We are publishing it in its entirety and joining the appeal. You can also report such places to us. We will press and pressure them.
WAITING IN THE FREEZING
We receive a lot of complaints from you about restaurants that have seats inside for customers, and yet make couriers wait outside, often in terrible weather. We have dealt with this matter before, but as you can see, some restaurants still fail to show respect for the couriers who deliver their dishes. Yesterday we approached the company with a proposal to issue an appeal to restaurants in this matter. We believe that at least in the winter, couriers should be provided with the possibility of waiting in warm interiors. If you know of any resto cases that do not allow this (even though they do occur), write to us at zzpyszne@konfederacjapracy.org.pl, in the email please provide the city, name and address of the resto.
