On the one hand, many of us still find it hard to believe that when we work as Platform Providers, absolutely nothing depends on us. Not the working hours, not the salary. Everything is managed by the Algorithm. It’s also the Algorithm that fires us. But that’s true!
It turns out that we’re not the only ones working this way. Algorithmization of work has spread across almost the entire market. According to an OECD study (published in February 2025), almost 80% of European companies openly admitted that they use at least one algorithmic management tool.
