From July 1, the minimum hourly rate for mandate contracts increased. So if you find that you receive less than PLN 28.10 gross per hour of work (PLN 22.07 net), it is illegal and you can safely report the Partner and the Platform to the Labor Inspectorate.
And you certainly know that working time also includes the time when you sit and do nothing and simply wait for the order and are “ready”.
