All European Union countries have exactly one year left to implement the Platform Work Directive. We don’t know how its implementation will unfold in Poland, but the first public announcements have already been made in Germany. German Labor Minister Bärbel Bas announced that a mandatory requirement for direct employment by platforms (including delivery platforms) is planned, without the use of Fleet Partners. She stated that this is the only solution due to numerous violations of labor law by Fleet Partners.

Several studies conducted in Germany show that complaints against Fleet Partners include the conclusion of bogus contracts, organized illegal work, physical and psychological threats, the use of “dummy workers” as owners of partner companies, and wages significantly below the minimum wage.
