We have already written about the problems of the Spanish Glovo several times. A large analysis of the financial condition of this company was published by the Spanish magazine elEconomista.
He points out that the Glovo Platform, owned by Delivery Hero (in Poland they also operate as Glovo), has huge amounts of fines and claims to pay. Currently, the penalties imposed have exceeded EUR 205 million, which is equivalent to one third of its revenues in 2023.
As if that were not enough, on January 18, 2024, the Spanish Labor Inspectorate confirmed another fine imposed on Glovo – for the non-contractual employment of 49 people in Asturias.
