We drew attention to complex problems regarding social security, taxation and, in the case of migrants, legalization of stay and work, which various institutions should take into account when implementing the so-called Platform Directive.<\/p>\n<p>We demand, among other things: residence and fiscal amnesty for people who are currently forced to work for platforms without employment contracts (e.g. based on bicycle or scooter rental contracts).<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry has undertaken to control the intermediation system (the so-called partner system) in platform work and further consultations with us during work on the implementation of the directive. Zwr\u00f3cili\u015bmy uwag\u0119 na z\u0142o\u017cone problemy dotycz\u0105ce zabezpieczenia spo\u0142ecznego, opodatkowania oraz, w przypadku migrant\u00f3w i migrantek, legalizacji pobytu i pracy, kt\u00f3re rozmaite instytucje powinny wzi\u0105\u0107 uwag\u0119 przy implementacji do polskiego prawa tzw. dyrektywy platformowej.\r\n\r\nDomagamy si\u0119 m.in. amnestii pobytowej oraz fiskalnej dla os\u00f3b, kt\u00f3re w tej chwili zmuszone s\u0105 do pracy na rzecz platform bez um\u00f3w pracowniczych (np. w oparciu o umowy najmu roweru lub skutera).\r\n\r\nMinisterstwo zobowi\u0105za\u0142o si\u0119 do kontroli systemu po\u015brednictwa (tzw. systemu partner\u00f3w) w pracy platformowej oraz kolejnych konsultacji z nami podczas prac nad wdra\u017caniem dyrektywy.
