Students from the University of Namibia analyzed publicly available information regarding legal cases against Online Platforms. They all concerned the recognition of people working for Internet Platforms as full employees.
\nThe analysis shows that the majority of cases concerned the Deliveroo platform – seventeen, while sixteen cases concerned Glovo. Virtually all known Platforms have had or have cases in courts.<\/p>\n
