But when you work for Online Platforms as a supplier, it&#8217;s completely the opposite.<\/p>\n<p>Platforms and Fleet Partners use a lot of tricks to make information about real earnings either unattainable or inflated.<br \/>\nThe first trick is to provide earnings in the so-called &#8220;gross&#8221;. That is, those in which the amount to be paid is not deducted. It may be a ZUS contribution, it may be a PIT tax, there will probably also be a commission for the Platform, for the Partner, the cost of purchasing clothes, the cost of renting a bicycle, a telephone subscription, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The second is a dynamic system for pricing our work. The platforms use an algorithm that evaluates work based on criteria unknown to us. One day the same work will be valued at e.g. PLN 10, but on the next day it will be priced at PLN 7. And an hour later for PLN 12. Can this be predicted at all? Or maybe the price of a roll in the store should also be determined this way? And the rent for the apartment?<\/p>\n<p>The third trick is \u201cmultipliers\u201d. The platform pretends to reward our reliability and diligence. Again, based on unknown criteria, it informs employees that on a given day, at certain hours, the &#8220;basic&#8221; remuneration for work will be multiplied by a certain amount (this is the &#8220;multiplier&#8221;). We focus our attention on the multiplier table and choose the days and times when they are the highest. But the remuneration is still &#8220;dynamic&#8221;. So it may be that despite the high multiplier we get less!<\/p>\n<p>The fourth trick is &#8220;challenges&#8221;: &#8220;make 10 deliveries today and you will get a bonus of PLN 50!&#8221; And again we return to the previous points. Fifty gross or net?
