They also raise legal concerns in the context of the Finnish Supreme Court’s ruling (issued in March 2026, concerning individuals working for the Wolt Platform), which stated that a much more flexible assessment of the actual relationship with the Platform was sufficient to classify employees as full-time employees.<\/p>\n
