The government&#8217;s specific proposals are not yet publicly known. Croatia is one of the first European Union countries to attempt to regulate this issue through a dedicated law, as early as 2023. The new regulations will most likely be introduced as an amendment to the existing law.<\/p>\n<p>There is a significant risk that the implementation of the Directive in Croatia will not change much. Currently, the situation of people working for platforms is very similar to that in Poland: employment through Fleet Partners predominates.
