This Directive is a set of rules defining the principles of employment and supervision of work by platforms (including delivery platforms). The rules contained in the Directive are rather loose, and their practical implementation can vary significantly, depending on the political stance in a given country.<\/p>\n<p>And now for Slovakia: The Ministry of Labor has published draft regulations introducing a presumption of work across the platform economy.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal stipulates that if a platform employee presents evidence suggesting that the work is performed under subordinate conditions and managed by the platform (or an intermediary), the relationship will automatically be deemed to be full-time employment.
