The proposal stipulates that if a platform employee presents evidence suggesting that the work is performed under subordinate conditions and managed by the platform (or an intermediary), the relationship will automatically be deemed to be full-time employment. However, the burden of proof is reversed: platforms will have to prove in court that the work was not subordinate in nature (of course, only if they do not agree to employ the employee under an employment contract).<\/p>\n
The project will now be subject to “public consultation” and then submitted to the Slovak Parliament.<\/p>\n
