It remains the same. None of the platforms meet the FairWork Minimum Standards.<\/p>\n<p>The published report is the second edition of a study on working conditions on the largest digital platforms in Poland. For the first time, it covers not only delivery and passenger transport platforms, but also care services. The main aim of the publication is to assess labor standards based on the five Fairwork principles: fair pay, working conditions, contracts, management, and employee interest representation. The results show that, despite growing awareness of the issues, none of the platforms provide even minimal standards of protection for employees.<\/p>\n<p>A key topic of the 2025 edition is the issue of social security and preparing the Polish market for the implementation of the EU Directive on Platform Work.
