The Parliament demands that the new law pay particular attention to three issues: first, recruitment should not be based solely on decisions made by the Algorithm. Second, employees should have the right to information about the type of data collected by the Algorithm. The third demand is a ban on the collection of data concerning emotional states, private conversations, and employee data outside the workplace.<\/p>\n
The European Commission now has three months to respond, informing about the steps it plans to take or providing reasons for refusing to propose an initiative consistent with the Parliament’s request.<\/p>\n
