Almost two months ago [28.03.2025], the European Commission published an extensive report on the economic, social, legal and political consequences of managing employees and their work through algorithms.<\/p>\n
Although the Report covers a relatively distant period (until the end of September 2023), its content is still surprising in many respects. For example, according to the Report, almost 1\/4 of all private companies operating in the European Union use algorithmic management to a greater or lesser extent.<\/p>\n
In the context of implementing the EU Directive on Platform Work in Poland, this report seems to be required reading for all those involved in this process.<\/p>\n
