The Singapore Ministry of Labour has officially recognised three organisations working for Ride and Delivery Platforms as their representatives: the National Taxi Association (NTA), the National Private Hire Vehicles Association (NPHVA) and the National Delivery Champions Association (NDCA).<\/p>\n
This means they now have full authority to represent some 67,000 workers in Singapore and negotiate better working conditions with the Platforms.<\/p>\n
The three organisations already have a Care Fund in place to provide assistance in the event of an accident at work. Food vouchers are provided to those who are unable to work due to an accident.<\/p>\n
